Corporate and team workshops
Half-day and full-day performance workshops for founder-led companies and entrepreneur groups, and 12-month programs for the ones who want it running all year. Built into systems your people install in the room and keep using long after I leave it.
Through Fitcorp Global, teams trained include Citibank, Microsoft, Samsung and Deloitte.

The premise
Founders and the people they hire run on a different engine. The drive is higher and the tolerance for being talked at is close to zero. Put that room through a standard corporate wellness day and you lose them in the first 20 minutes.
They’re already motivated. What’s missing is the physiology to sustain the output and the systems that make execution automatic when the week goes sideways. Every session ends with something installed, measured and running.
What we cover
A half day takes one arena or a custom blend. A full day runs all 3. Every module is built from a framework I’ve delivered in the field.
The engine under every decision your team makes
The handful of numbers linked to performance and lifespan: grip strength, VO2 max, sit-to-stand and push-up capacity. Your people measure their own on the day and see where they sit.
How to open and close a working day so output holds at 4pm, using the Bookend Strategy, circadian anchoring and recovery that fits a real schedule.
What happens to judgement and decision quality when sleep and stress stack up, and the protocols that hold the line when the quarter gets loud.
Mindset, focus and the way your message lands
Where hesitation comes from and how to move while it is still there. Reframing under pressure, and treating a miss as feedback so the team recovers in hours.
Finding the small fraction of the work that carries the result, then protecting it. Stealth Work blocks, the 95/5 Protocol and a week that survives other people’s priorities.
How leaders get understood the first time. Framing a message for the room, holding a hard conversation and building influence that does not need authority behind it.
Leadership, execution and growth that compounds
The 5-pillar model: culture, self-leadership, authentic leadership, the Business Athlete and resilience. What each looks like on an ordinary Wednesday.
Why good plans die in week 3 and what to build so they last. The operating rhythm, intercepting the triggers that derail it, and pivoting fast without starting over.
When to take the bigger swing and when the daily margin does the work. Then the longer question: what this team is building and what it leaves behind.
How the day runs
The content flexes to your team. The structure stays the same.
A call with you before the date. What the team is carrying and what you want different afterwards.
Everyone measures where they actually are, with the Performance Wheel and, on a full day, live testing.
The modules, delivered live. Short blocks, worked examples, no slides read aloud.
Each person builds their own system in the room and commits to the first move.
A follow-up prompt after the session, so the work survives the return to normal.
Single sessions
The half day sharpens 1 arena. The full day rebuilds how the team runs and gives you the numbers to prove it moved.
One arena, taken deep.
For leadership offsites, chapter meetings and founder groups with a fixed window and one clear priority. Founder groups usually take Body, because nobody has measured themselves in years. Leadership teams usually take Business.
All 3 arenas, with measurement.
For teams that want the whole system, real baseline numbers and a plan leadership can hold people to.
12-month programs
A single day changes what a team believes is possible. A year changes what they do.
Build the system, then hold it.
For companies putting real structure behind performance for the first time.
One install per quarter, measured all year.
For founder-led companies that want performance treated as infrastructure, with a data trail the board can look at.
Quarterly is where measurement becomes a trend. 4 test cycles in a year show who is moving, who has stalled and what to do about it.
The group program lifts the room. Some people need the work done in private. One-to-one coaching for founders, board members and executives, the same architecture at individual depth, with direct access between sessions. By application, at a preferential rate when attached to a program.
The output
A personal baseline across the health and performance markers that predict output, with the gap written down.
The specific places time, energy and attention drain, found through the Performance Wheel.
A single rhythm they’ve already run once in the room. Small enough to hold, specific enough to compound.
What gets measured next, when it gets retested, and who is holding them to it.
Why a day is enough to matter
One day can’t make anyone fit, and I won’t pretend otherwise. What it can do is show a team what’s possible and hand them the structure to act while the belief is still warm. Measure something they’ve never measured, show them the gap, then build the smallest rhythm that closes it.
After that the maths does the work. Most teams are quietly compounding backwards and calling it a busy quarter. Turning that around takes a baseline, a system worth running and someone checking in 90 days later.
“We work with Dan long term to deliver corporate training focused on resilience, energy management and self leadership.”
Companies I’ve trained include Citibank, Microsoft, Samsung and Deloitte.
The questions I’m asked most before a booking. Open any of them.
Both formats are built for groups up to 30, which keeps the practice rounds and the testing block workable. Larger rooms are possible with a second facilitator or a keynote-plus-breakout structure, quoted separately. Below about 8 people, a private session is better value.
The Brain and Business arenas run well virtually. The Body arena loses most of its power without the live testing block. For a distributed team, a virtual half day on focus, execution and leadership, then an in-person full day when everyone is in one place, works best.
No. Individual results belong to the individual and are never reported back to the employer. You get a team-level themes report. That's what makes people willing to be honest in the room, so it isn't negotiable.
If we haven't worked together before, start with a single day. It tells you how your team responds and nothing is wasted if you go annual afterwards. The honest test is whether your issue is a moment or a rhythm. One day fixes a moment. A rhythm needs a program.
The half day goes deep on one arena and sends everyone away with one system installed. The full day covers all 3 arenas, adds the live testing block with personal baselines and the practice rounds, and ends with a 90-day team plan and a debrief with you. If you want the day to be measurable rather than memorable, book the full day.
Yes. Regional sessions across Asia Pacific are common. I'm based in Bangkok, so travel outside it is quoted at cost and agreed in writing before you commit. Nothing gets added after the fact. Line up 2 dates in the same city and the travel cost is shared.
Book a call. We cover your team, your outcome and the date, and you have a written scope and an invoice within a couple of days. Dates hold on a 50% deposit, with the balance due on the day. You supply the venue and catering.
Tell me about your team and what you want different afterwards. If a workshop isn’t the right call, I’ll tell you that on the phone.
