About Dan

I help founders and executives run themselves.

Their energy, health, focus and the way their week works. Then I measure whether it’s working.

Today

Running Aspire and Fitcorp Global. Co-founder of Orba Health. ICF-certified.

Built on drive, refined over decades.

Sydney to Bangkok · 1998 to today

I started working at 8 and held 3 jobs through high school, then bought a one-way ticket out of Sydney to see the world. In 1998 I came to Thailand to work at Chiva-Som, and I’ve built my life and businesses here since.

Since then I’ve coached athletes, executives and people who just wanted their energy back. My work bridges the health industry, medical science and performance, from corporate wellness, nutrition and rehabilitation through to genetic testing. The goal is always the same: take the guesswork out of results.

What I install with every client now is the Stealth OS: the rhythm and standards that keep working on the weeks you don’t feel like it.

The businesses

Built across health, coaching and technology.

I run companies as well as coaching founders, so the systems I install are the ones I use myself.

THE MISSIONImpact 10 million lives.

Through health, performance and business education. To give back, question the status quo and help build a better future.

Physiology before strategy.

If your body is running on empty, every decision you make is made by a tired version of you.

What most people need is a system that holds on a bad week: a few standards, a weekly rhythm and someone in their corner.

I’m the Wingman. I’ve always got your back.

How I work.

The same 4 steps, whether you’re in a Quest group or working with me privately.

01
Audit

Find the one real constraint first. For Inner Circle and private clients, that includes blood work through Orba Health.

02
Install

The few systems that move your numbers.

03
Execute

You run it, with a daily check-in and a weekly rhythm.

04
Compound

Every 90 days we review and raise the standard.
